how old when you should go? (for girls only!!!!)

I have had my period since i was 11 and i am now 13. I dont have any aunts that live even remotely close to me and my sisters live far away as well. What should i do?

hey, well do you have any girl cousins? if your dad is your last resort then just tell him that you have to see a gyno. dont really get into details unless you guys are open about that kind of stuff. you dont have to go to the gyno when you first get your period. people recommend that you go then, but since you just have your dad you could wait it out if you didnt feel comfortable. but its never to early to start going. if your going to wait you should go when your 18 or when you start being sexually active. if your aleady sexually active then i would definatly tell your dad and go. good luck =].
