i have both seasons. awesome show. He was in episode number 17 in s1 as Max's brother, Ben. He died in the end of the episode though. However, Alec appears in s2. He was Ben's clone, played by Jensen Ackles as well. He's all in s2 and in Borrowed time, even had on a towel. and just a towel. just a fun fact. xD. Hope I helped! =]

According to imdb.com, it looks like Jensen Ackles was in one episode of season 1, which is the episode titled 'Pollo Loco'. He later appears in other episodes in season 2.
