i like this guy who has a girlfriend
Ok i like this guy that has a girlfriend, they say they dont know if they are goin out or not because they never talk but still they dont break up. the guy i like has no clue that i like him and i am friends with his girlfriend. i dont want to hurt his girlfriend but they dont even like one another and i LIKE him. should i tell him or what?

You could talk to your friend first before telling him. If they technically aren't going out and she IS your friend, she might step aside so that at least you can get the guy you want (who she apparently doesnt really want).
If I were you though, I'd talk to the guy first and admit your feelings. if he returns them, then you two can figure out how to tell your friend. Because if you tell your friend first, she might agree to break up with him so you can go out with him and then you figure out how to tell the guy, which would be more awkward. So all in all, i say go for it. If their relationship isn't getting anywhere why keep it going?

tell him you like him. if his girlfriend gets mad, she's not your friend. it's simple
