If he is, he'll probably get mad and accuse you of something to make you feel guilty or he'll try and ignore the question. Watch his body language as well. If he becomes stiff and reserved or if he looks everywhere but in your eyes when hes answering, then he might just be. Plus, you can ask a couple of friends that are in his classes to watch him and see if he flirts with some other girl or something like that. Spy on him! Or get your most trustful friends to, if you're too busy. Where does he go most? Have spies there, and see if he's hanging out with another girl.
If you have suspicions on a certain girl, hug your boyfriend in front of her and most guys will lightly push you away or give her a quick, apologetic glance or something.
Lastly, if you find your boyfriend is cheating on you, dump him! Tell him you know all about whoever. If he doesn't work out well with that other girl, and comes back to you, refuse. He's not worthy if he goes around cheating.

I'd also kind of try to figure out what girls he has been hanging around with lately and try to see if anyone has anything to say about it. Everytime a guy has cheated on me I've found out. I'm sure some caring person will tell you. Or maybe he will feel guilty and fess up. Hope I was helpful! : ] [ alliekat's advice column | Ask alliekat A Question ]
