mp3 player

hi well i just recieved a matsui mp3 player, but it doesnt switch on. normally if you connect an mp3 player to the PC it should detect it, but it doesnt detect it at all, and it doesnt even switch on with fully chared batteries. what wrong with it? thanks.

you can take it back to where you got it from. tell them the problem and you might just need to get a new one.

To be honest, I've never heard of a matsui mp3 player, but there should be a website that you can go to to learn about them, and ask questions. If there isn't a website you can try asking The Geek Squad (through email) or places like Best Buy and Circuit City, some one may be able to help you there.
