how long did it take you to lose 13 pounds?? haha and do crunches actually help to make people lose weight? i want to lose weight more in my thighs than in my stomach....lol you're
like my hero!!

lol!!! it took me a week and a half, maybe even two to lose 13 pounds. crunches do work, dancing is better though. and if you want to lose weight in your thighs, then i would walk aournd your block and/or do leg lifts. they should work. please keep in touch because i would like to know if you lose weight or not!!lol
