What is the name of the country with the flag that has a hook tilted to the right with some kind of tool going through it to the left. I've looked all over google, and I can't find it ANYWHERE.

Yeah. I've got it. My parents are Azerbaijani, I just didn't recognize the flag for a moment; but now I remember it. That would be the Azeri flag..
