strong feeling for a guy
I`m 15/f. I like this guy, his name is Nate. Well I told Nate that I liked him, and all he said was ok. After that, I got a stronger feeling for him, but decided to let it go because nothing was bound to happen. Two weeks ago, I was playing hackey sack and fell on my butt right in front of him. He was the only one who didn`t laugh. I was laughing at myself along with the others. He just looked at me and when I looked at him he looked away. Well I told Nate today on myspace that I liked him still, and he said he didn`t wanna date anyone because of what happened in the past, and that dating at this time is pointless. Nate is 16. I like him A LOT. I asked him if he could tell me if he`d give me a chances or not, he still hasn`t responded. My friend asked me how much I liked him and I told her exactly this :
" Tim`s amazing. I haven`t liked anyone as much as him, well beside Jon... I don`t fall for a guy so easily, but with him it was different. I was like, " Wow, this guy is amazingly gorgeous..." Breathtaking...It`s...unusua. You know the feeling you get when you`re about to open a
X-mass present, and you have no idea what it is.Kinda like that but times 10. He makes me wanna rip my heart out and hand it to him in a silver platter, just for his liking. I swear if he could understand that, it would mean the world and a half to me. but I don`t know what he`s afraid of. I just wanna cry in front of him and wish he`d hold me and tell me I mean the world to him, that`s how much I`ve fallen for this kid. " I don`t know what to do. I like him a whole lot, but he apparantly doesn`t want me. Any suggestions on how to make the feeling go away, or how to explain to him that I wouldn`t hurt him, and how much I like him. I don`t want to tell him what I told my friend, he`d think I was insane. Thanks in advance, sorry for the lenght.

well i notcied he said it was pointless. maybe he thinks im not getting married at 16 so why waste time dating? invite one of his friends to hangout with youand make him jeluos. he would proably start to like you then if not invitie one of his friends to go out and say he can bring nate if he wanted. and you could all hangout. actualy if you hangout with a person enough you start get to kno them. and maybe he doesnt kno you so he doesnt kno what hes missing... hope i helped....

I know exactly how both of you feel. He is afraid of getting hurt. And you like him soo much you want him to risk to risk that for you. But his insecurity is stonger than that. He may feel that he wants to wait. Give him time and let him know you ar enot trying to push him into no matter how much you want to be with hold back your feelings. I knwo it is hard, but it may help. If he knows that you may be willing to wait he may open his own heart to being able to love again and the wall he put up to block himself from loving may be broken down once more.
