For your dad, buy him a gift card from Circuit City
Mom---Get her a perfume scent she'd like or a gift card from Victoria secrets, bath and body works, or some clothing store. If she's into crafty stuff buy her a gif card from Michaels
For your bro, get him a gift card from target, circuit city, etc.
Key thing: GET THEM GIFT CARDS!! haha seriously, it's much more useful then when someone gets someone an object...gift card=buying whatever they want.

HMM.. so your dad likes computers. Maybe you could get him something to go with his computer, such as a nice mouse pad or a new keyboard. I would tell you to buy him a brand new computer but I dont know how much money we are working with here. LOL. As for your mom, well moms usually love any thing that comes from their kid. Get her a nice candle or something cute like that. And your brother should be easy. Get him a game for his xbox system or a computer game.
