For example, people who weigh normal (like 110-120 lb for a 13-14 yr old) he/she might need 1,000 calories a day, whereas someone who is at the same age but weighs 170 might need 2,000 calories a day. It really depends how much you weigh, however, 750 sounds pretty below average unless if you are on a low-calorie diet.
Even taking all your vitamins from pills may not be the healthiest thing, since you also need natural vitamins, minerals, and antioxidents from certain foods such as fruits and vegetables to keep you healthy.
