Question Posted Saturday December 16 2006, 3:42 pm

Hey um well i was reading your advice column and i thought some of it was really good so i wanted to ask you a question. I am 15, 155lb and 5'3".
My question is ever since this summer i ahve started to sweat more and i am now even though its winter and really cold. i used to never be a problem but even when its warm i ahve to wear a jacket or black tshirts so i was just wondering if you knew of anything i could do and maybe it has somehting to do with my weight?

ps right now im working to lose weight so if you have anyideas that could help that would be great.

Some of the column was good? You should have just said you loved all of it :-P I am j/k

Could have something to do with weight; diet and exercise causes major change to our bodies- especially when you're just beginning and it isn't used to the stress that is put on it. Homeostasis is tougher to maintain when you're starting out. Wait it out and see.

Eat right, exercise and live healthy and you're on your way.
