i could be pregnant and my exboyfirend said if i was he was going to get custody and what should i do tell him im pregnant when i take a test or dont tell him at all? but if i dont tell him and i am then that would be something against me if he finds out and takes me to court for it right?

I do believe if he wants custody he will have to take you to court and get you declared unfit. Not real likely to happen.

You don't say how old you are but he would also have to have a good home and a job to support a child.

Judges rarely take children from their mothers.

So, it really doesn't matter weather he knows it or not.

Now should you decide you don't want to keep it, and want to put it up for adoption or something, he would have to agree to that too. In that case he may get custody.

But if you are keeping it...don't let him fill your head with nonsense. He may get visitation rights, but it would be very rare for him to get full custody. Just isn't gonna happen. :)
