First start off with a trampoline. then move to a Cheese mat. on a cheesemat, start at the top first then go down the slope till you hit the floor. then you got it ! [ HypnotizexMe's advice column | Ask HypnotizexMe A Question ]
melanie answered Monday December 11 2006, 12:07 am: you should be spotted when you're learning to do a backhandspring, if you try it by yourself without knowing what to do, you can get very hurt. i suggest going to an open gym at at gymnastics place. or ask a cheer coach to help you. trampolines aren't always easier when it comes to backhandsprings [ melanie's advice column | Ask melanie A Question ]
