I need to stay in shape! Everyone tells me I'm shinny and have a perfect figure. I always tell them I don't, and they say I'm being stupid and do. I'm not saying I'm fat, just flabby. I definitely need to work on my thighs and butt. I like my butt but lately it's been getting more and more flabby and my thighs are too. What are some ways I could make my butt firm again and my thighs trim? Thanks!

squats squats and more squats lol fun! i no but i used to have a flabby butt and i started rowin we had to do 100 squat jumps squat flanks burpies bridges all to do with toning thighs if you like i can teach you how to do them just just email me
it is alot of hard sore painful tiring work lol but it works trust me

Hi, What I would do for a flabbly but and thighs is basically just to jog or start dancing. Maybe even aerobics. Thats what I would do. ]
