I know nothing about make-up, but I would have to say that you would look good with darker colors. Purples, greens, or browns for the eye shadow and a darker, more subtle lipstick. It's hard to say without seeing your face. You should get an opinion from a beautician or experiment with different colors yourself. Good luck! :)
