MYLOVExx answered Friday December 8 2006, 11:42 am: I wouldnt take any supplements except a protein shake after your workout bc usually supplments tends to build up muscle mass like no other, so im afraid youde be manly lol..and protein shakes work slowly and affectively and i know a lot of personal trainers make protein shakes a part of a diet for women. For butt and legs I'de really suggest going on the eliptical bc it works wonders! Also, squats are the BEST for toning your butt, legs, and thighs..heres a website that tells you how: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
For your arms I would suggest using weights and working all the different muscle parts bc weights tend to increase muscle mass the best..Check this website for different exercises for the upper body: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
The best time to start is pretty much anytime..I really like working out in the morning bc it jump starts your metabolism and gives you energy for the rest of the day but that really depends on the person. My best friend likes working out at night bc it wears her down and then shes ready for bed..lol..weird but it works for her. So it's really up to you!
