How hard is it to find a job as a manager of a hotel, resort, or casino? I just want to know if job opportunities are limited.

It isn't hard to find those types of jobs. The catch of it is you have to have some sort of managerial skills to get a manager's job easily. Which means starting at the bottom somewhere and working your way up to a manager position. Once you have that sort of experience/reference under your belt you will have much better luck at finding the job you are after.
The job opportunities are not limited. Hotels, resorts, and casinos are a dime a dozen if you look in the right place, ie: someplace with a lot of tourism such as Branson or Las Vegas for example.
