What are some good ways to stay motivated when you want to lose weight?
I already posted pics of what I want to look like (my body 2 years ago), and I read magazines when I work out, so I can stay motivated. Lately, though, I've been very unmotivated. I really want to lose this weight. Any ideas on how to stay motivated and how to make eating healthy and exercise fun?

If you have something fun to do then you will be more motivated to do it. If you like playing sports, you can play sports to help you lose weight. Or maybe you like aerobics, or weight lifting, or running. You can do the one that sounds the funnest.
Set a goal, Such as: Lets say you set a goal to exercise every day for the month. If you do, then you can do something fun that you like. My friend does that same thing, and her weight goal is to go to the mall and buy some new clothes every time she loses her desired weight.
You can do the same thing with eating healthy. Set goals and stick to exercises you like.
