could a guy get sick or get a disease from "eating a girl out" ?
how could you prevent this from happening?

There is a possibility that a guy could get a disease from "eating a girl out". If she doesn't have std's or herpes or anything, then it'll be fine but he can't get a cold or anything like that. There really isn't a way to prevent it but as long as he tries to stay away from doing that to people who have it.

you can't actually get sick as in a cold, the flu, broncitus, or whatever.

but if by sick you mean an std, yes you can. genital warts, herpes, gonorrehea, and many more. sadly there isn't a way to prevent it. just make sure the girls you perform oral sex on don't have any stds and you'll be fine.
