I've been gaining alot of weight recently. I'm 5'10". I went to the doctor last spring and I was 145, then i went over the summer and I was 155, and earlier this week I went and now I'm 162. I haven't changed my eat habits and I've only been exercising more. I know that some of the weight gain is from my muscles, but all of my pants are too tight aorund the waist now. What can I do to lose some weight? I can't exercise anymore (I already swim for 2&1/2 hours a day). What are some good foods for me to eat?
alys1223 answered Tuesday December 5 2006, 7:18 am: try staying away from chocolates, chips, pop and junk food in general. i've been in the same situation as you and that's what i did. i have been slowly trimming down since i stopped eating junkfood (almost completly literally) three years ago. also make sure you are getting enough fruits and vegtables (ya i know, how many times have people been told that!).
