excersize. ive been getting fat lately. basicaly i got a beerbelly and since i am a young woman it doesnt look right. becuase im tall and skinny . so my question is..would the ab roller ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) work more effectively for my stomach muscles than doing crunches? becuase i was going to get it for x-mas. but if it doesnt work..you know. my friend who has rock hard abs is my inspiration. :D

for the ab workout you need to be super careful not to hurt your back when doing it. just when you're doing it make sure to keep your back straight and no matter want don't curve it.
well i've tried using it and i don't think that it is very effective. actually i think that crunches are more affective. but thats just me.

well what my dad did to get rid of his beerbelly was first he stopped drinking...not fully but not everyday like 1 a week. ANd he also took whats and just did normal stuff like that for excersize.
but an ab workout really works if you do it 30 mins a day. ]
