15/f. sometimes my friends always talk to me about these guys that they hung out with or these guys that they were talking to, and i think they are doing it just to brag about it. but then if i saw something like, "oh i was talking to *john* on the field trip and...." they will be like oh you like him. it gets so annoying! what can i do?
also i'd like to have more guy friends, but whenever i start talking to a guy a lot and start becoming friends with him people always think that i like him. what can i do so people don't think that all the time?
You can have more guy friends if you want to!! Who cares what people think? Its their own oppinion! The best that you can do is tell people that you don't like those guys like that, and that you are just friends with them. It is stupid that they think you like any guy you talk to. Don't let them stop you from making more guy friends. If it bugs you too much, maybe you can just do the same to them whenever you see them talking to a guy. Or just explain to them that talking to a guy doesn't mean that you like them.

I think that you should keep talking to him, and people at this age are always assuming things. In school if i talk to some kid i like, they all get "ohh sou like him?" if your freinds accuse you of liking a guy and you dont, tell them that you dont, and lay it out on the line and give them reasons why you dont. ANd as for people you dont know who think that, let them assume things then.
Becuase when you assume. you make an ass out of "u" and "me".
I hope this helped. let me know how things turn out. Good luck!
