ok, so i am 14 year old girl and i like this kid *tommy, and my friend amy was talking to him and she IMed me and was like " Tommy says your cute!" and she sent me the convo and all she asked him was who do u like and that was his answer, and know he won't answer when im him, whats does this mean?

this OBVIOUSLY means that your the first one that comes to mind when someone asks him "who do you like?" (o: he probaly likes you too! start hanging out with him, don't be shy though. get to know him alot better! this is definitely good news for you.
