okay so i play many sports i hate wearing pads uncomfortable and tampons are scary is there anything else?

Well, if you dont like pads .
And your scared of tampons
You could choose to play sports on days when you dont have your period or on days when your period is lighter and then you can use a panti liner, which is much more comfortable.
If you dont want a pad either way, i suggest you wear thick underwear lol
Unless you take birth control , which stops your period.
But im assuming, your way to young.
