I dont kno what to do here

 ok, i have liked this guy for 2 years.he used to like me at one point,but not now.and apperantly he has a girlfriend (out of school)and they will probly break up soon because they have been going out for a couple mounths.and i want to tell him my true feelings ,but ima whimp.i have allready tried asking one of his friends that is my friend,that didn't work.what do i do?
