think of some of your family member's favorite stores, or stores that always have cool or useful stuff. some options are:

target
walmart
best buy
borders
barnes and noble
petsmart
petco

any of these places would have giftcards that you could give for $5. even if they can't buy one whole thing, whatever they want will be $5 cheaper! hope i helped =]

$5 for nine people hmm... maybe you should try to earn more money because 5 dollors for nine people is like impossible unless you bought them tiny candys.

Tight budget? Here you go:
Travel sized lotions in a minitote

You can purchase these things online by loading your cash on a gift card with a Visa or Mastercard logo (goto a bank, a drug store, the mall)

Google is another great resource

Well, there's a lot of stuff you can get them specific to their needs.
A coffee/milk drinker would appreciate a mug with a funny quote or picture on it.
You could get a nice smelling body lotion, bath oil or soap for someone who loves a certain smell (i.e. vanilla or lilacs)
You could get a keychain for your mom or dad. There's always a few "Best Dad In The World" or "#1 Mom"s lying around in shops and you may even run across a few for grandparents.
A small set of eyeshadows or two lipsticks tied with a ribbon would be ideal for a little sister, cousin or niece.
You could get a small stuffed animal for someone young in the family, or hey, someone old.
Once you walk into a store, I'm sure you'll be able to find tons of stuff under $5 that could be really meaningful.

Under 5$ might be hard. Pluse its for your family so normally you would spend more but i cant realate with your money problems. Maybe get girf cards to dunkin dounuts, starbucks, marylous or any place like that thats in your area. You could get jewlary if you could find it cheap enough. Thats really all i can thik of sorry.
