Hi,
I really want to be a model, but I am really short, around 5 feet, and 2 or 3 inches. All the top agencies say that you must be at least 5'7! Are there any good agencies that will represent me with my height?
If you're really serious about modeling, that's a good place to start for short models. You'll learn alot about the industry, and get your portfolio started for free. [ livicole's advice column | Ask livicole A Question ]

Ford accepts petite models, and they have all information on their site for how to send your pictures to them. www.fordmodels.com
Other top agencies represent petite models, as well, but always make sure you meet their requirements before sending any pictures, or going to an open call. Also, make sure that the angencies are legitimate. To better your chances, you can send pictures to various agencies, not just one at a time.
Here are some things that I would like to share with you: Never pay money to be a part of an agency. This is a scam. You never have to pay money to become a part of an agency. Once you get jobs, they take a percentage of that money and that's how they get paid.
You do not have to take your clothes off to be a part of an agency, this is one of the most (unfortunatly) common things in modeling scams.

But please check the validity of that agency before you send them a photo.
And beware of scams and frauds. If you're a minor, make sure you have parental representation. Never pay up front for modeling either.
The key is to find agencies who have listen their scounts searching for talents with "no height requirements".
Good luck. [ Imperialistic's advice column | Ask Imperialistic A Question ]
