Itunes Help PLEASE!

ok here's the deal, so I just got a new Ipod nano and on itunes it kept on askin me to register and ia nswered never regoster, but i need to now so how can i get tat option back?

I'm not sure about this, please don't rate me low if I'm wrong. Go to store.apple.com and click "your account". Then create a new account. That could be something different, though.
