On photoshop 9 I like to make icons, but I can't draw pixelated hearts and stuff cause the paintbrush always is like, faded. It's a regular square brush. How can i make it so when i make a pixel, it isn't faded, it's just one solied color? Thanks!

Try to locate something like that on photoshop, or download The GIMP(it's free). [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]
