meditation i really want to find inner peace but i have no idea how to go about it. im always impacient, stressed out, and rushy. is there any websites that can give me really good ways to find inner peace?

Meditation is a great way of destressing. You need to find a time when you can relax and not be interrupted, switch the phone off and ignore the door.
Sit in an upright chair with feet flat on the ground and shoulders relaxed with your hands placed comfortably on your thighs. It also helps to close your eyes during the meditation. I have included a couple of web sites to get you started.

But if you find you have too many thoughts in your head just think about one thing.
Like Think About Trees. Just trees, not branches or leave, or winter/summer.
