It all depends on your body makeup and your metabolism and all of that.
But i dont think you would lose anything because when you dont eat your body goes into starvation mode and shuts down and the next time that you eat something you ingest 3x as many calories because your body feels threatened and is trying to obtain energy to make up for what was lost.
I dont suggest the starvation mode. It seems like a good idea but you end up gaining more weight than you lose.
If you dont want to do the healthy route, you can always do the 2-4-6-8 diet to confuse your body so it doesnt go into starvation mode.
first day - 200 cals
second day - 400 cals
third day- 600 cals
fourth day - 800 calls
fifth day - nothing
You usually drop a few pounds from that, so you can try it if youd like.. but it certaintly not something to do long term for a huge ammount of weight loss
It can mess up your body real bad.
