i told my bestfried that i was a bi.... she promised that even if we fell out she wouldnt say anythin, but we fell out about a month ago, she has told everyone i am a bi! what do i do?

it sounds to me that she wasnt a very good friend, try not to trust everyone because you never know what they will do, mean while hang in there, if you dont feel ready to come out, then just deney it. The rumours will die down eventually!
