Heres some present ideas i have used over the years. It really depends on how much money you have though

Parents: maybe find out a resturaunt that they go too all the time, and get them a 10 or 15 dollar gift certificate to it

Mom: Try body lotion or sprays, you can get them at bath and body works, but if you are looking for somethign cheaper walmart has good ones that smell great. This is a great gift for your sister too. An ornament for the christmas tree is also a good idea, the bon ton has ones for about 5 bucks or less, or you can try almost any other place that cells christmas decorations

Sister: Maybe a giftcertificate to her favotire store, a cd, or a cheap picture frame for her room. You can get nice frames at big lots or target
