How does someone know if the person they like, likes them back? and if they dont like you back what should you do?

The one and only way to know that is by asking them. What harm could happend ? It's one simple question, that no one should lie about. If they don't like you back there are many things you can do. You can try and move on. Find someone else that likes you, and be happy with them, or you can try and stay with the person in the hope they change their mind.
