This guy told me he likes me, but he doesn't act like it. He flirts with this other girl ALL the damn time, so it seems like he likes her a lot. I don't know if he's trying to make me jealous or they're just best friends or something. What do you think?

Most men like to flirt so they can keep their options open, in case of plan A fails there's a plan B. Women do the same thing to believe it or not, even when they're in relationships. You should seriously ask him if he does like you and if he still has no emotion then you shouldn't go out with him and just move on. Hope this helps.

after you reveal your feelings to someone the guys often feel awkward then around the girl but it just takes time and i pretty much can say hes trying to make you jealous!
Because he doesnt like the other girl shes just there to flirt with so it looks like it to you! I used to do the same thing and I know sooooo many people that do that!
Talk to him and tell him how you feel and you could even asks if he likes her!!!
