working properly!?

it says that it is working properly but then it sends me to help&support center.

Ok, sounds a bit odd.

How about trying to install the 'Motorola Phone Tools' CD Rom you should have got with your phone? It's not really related to the connection side of things but just load the disc, install it, and give it a go...You can only try.

Let me know how that goes after you've done that. Maybe after you've installed it try both of those methods again which I showed you before.
