Just ask her if she wants to hang out with you and your friends and her friends and go to the bowling alley or movies or the mall or whatever. If you're gonna go to the movies with her, touch her arm lightly and playfully and what not. Later if you feel comfortable and you think she likes you, ask her to the movies--without friends but just you 2.
