Um, if he thinks you're stalking him, he knows you like him...
Anyways, just don't talk to him for a while. Just say a casual hi or whatever and just about that. Talk to your friends if you guys happen to be going the same way and keep your distance from this guy for a while. If he still thinks you're stalking him, tell him "I like you but not enough to stalk you."
