i fond the 'Performance and Maintainence' and i'm in the device manager, but what would the cell phone be under? there are all different thigngs.

Haha, don't worry, you aren't bothering me! Sorry I took so long to get back to you...just had go into town to apply for a job for the holidays!

You won't need to go into anything else once you are in device manager. All you need to do is click on the 'Scan For Hardware Changes' button; sometimes it comes up as a symbol of a computer with a blue key across the screen. This will scan your computer for any new hardware and it should install itself.

If this doesn't work let me know. :]
