see there is this boy. and i talked to him for a while. and liek he tells me how beautiful i am and his away messages say thinking about you <3 or mwah <3 falling for you. and i asked him who it was and he is liek idk ? and then he asks em ot hang out so that night i asked him if we were hagning out still and he said i dunno. and then he is liek i will call you. that was around liek 8:00pm and then around liek 12:30am i called and asked him again and he said maybe later. so i said ohkay AIM me when you know and he never AIMED me so do you think he still lieks me or likes another girl that i should move on ? ro do you think he is playing hard to get?

I think you should maybe talk to him more. You can make the initiative to make the plans to hang out with him from now on so he doesn't leave you hanging. Don't be very clingy though, give him some space and act like you are just friends. If you feel something, you guys are probably getting closer.
