Hey, well I think you should flirt with him a little bit, not to much thow just enough to make him notice but dont seem to desperate to go out with him, and if he really likes you then he will totally ask you out. Also you dont have to waite till he ask you out, it is the 22end century, so give it a shot ask him out!
