theres this one boy

the first time I met him I was quiet and hardly said anything and neither did he but I still didn't him to think i have no personality or anything cause i do.I just get all nervous and stuff and don't know what to say especially on first impressions.later on her told me he was also nervous and sorry not to say a word and said i love you. but like I kinda regreted it after like i should have been myself.
Help?

If you guys were both shy don't regret it. Life isn't about regrets. Just tell him you're also sorry & if you love him, tell him that too.
