Is it normal for a 15 year old girl to experiment with her.. well privet area? and it harmful to put things in to it?

Its totally and completely normal for a 15 year old to do that. You're at the age where your mind is wondering about things like that.

Many things are safe, there are a few however.. that (with common sense) you wouldn't put into yourself..
