Even if she hasn't done it yet and may possible be doing it only for attention, an adult needs to know.
Something can happen that can just be all she can take and she could actually commit suicide.

Talk to her parents one day without her and tell them what's been happening. Tell them not to mention your name and that you think she should get a counselor.
Or you can talk to the school counselor, which wouldn't do as much, but may it will be easier for you. You can either sign your name or not. If I were, I would sign my name in case she needs to talk to you. Say that your friend has been making many suicide threats and you're scared that she might actually go through with it, but you have no idea what to do.

This may be why she feels this way:
Some suicides are the result of impulsive decisions based on a situation that seems hopeless like the loss of a job, divorce, or a breakup with one's girlfriend or boyfriend. These reasons for suicide are not the actual causes of the suicide. They are triggers for suicide in a person suffering from a mental illness. Suicide attempts triggered by major disappointments, such as romantic rejection, problems with peers, or failing a big exam, are common among depressed teenagers, who haven't had the life experience to realize that these injuries heal with time. Maybe you can talk to her about these things.

Ninety percent of the people who commit suicide have a mental or substance abuse disorder (or both). More than half of the people who kill themselves are seriously or clinically depressed. Although most depressed people are not suicidal, most suicidal people are depressed. Serious depression is considered a medical illness by the World Health Organization. Serious or major depression is a long-lasting sadness that doesn't let up for two weeks or more. In children, depression is often indicated by irritability.

Some of the signs of depression are:

Sadness and crying.
Feeling tired all the time or complaining of having no energy.
Changes in appetite or sleep.
Loss of interest in doing things.
Trouble thinking or concentrating.
Spending more time alone.
Feeling hopeless or worthless.
Having suicidal thoughts.

If she has depression she should get a counselor and go to the doctor to get an anti-depressant.

She can be helped by medication, pain management, counseling and family support.

Just be there for her and spend time for her. But your job right now is to tell someone who can help her.
