when a guy comes and its bloody what does that mean

There are several reasons why blood might be in come - ranging from mild to quite serious. In any case, a guy experiencing this really does need to see a doctor.

A doctor would be able to pinpoint whatthe exact problem was, as well as how to treat it.

Sorry I can't be more specific, aside from saying this is something that should be checked out by a medical professional.
