it is called a bmi (body mass index) test. if your bmi results are over 25 then you are over weight. if your results are over 30 then you are obese. you are also still going through puberty. all hirls are pudgy at your age. im 13/f too and i know i am. hey ill even tell you my weight

That is considered overweight. 29.9 is considered obese, so if you gain about 5 more pounds, you will be considered obese. So, It probably wouldn't hurt your health to lose a few pounds. You may not look bad, but for your health, you should weigh less. 149 pounds is the highest weight for your height that is considered "normal". You may not need to lose that much though, But you should probably talk to your doctor about a plan that will help you take off a few pounds to keep you healthy =)
