I need to loose as much weight as possible in one week. Don't tell me it's unhealthy and I'm not going for whether I look like Ive lost weight I just need to get the number down as much as possible.. after this day I will gain it back and loose it the healthy way but just give me tips on how to get the number down as much as posisble !!! pLeaseeee help

EXERCISE like your life depended on it!! (which it might i dont know)
