There are alot of people you can talk to that can help you when you need help. Make sure it's someone you can trust, and someone who understands alot of things.

You can talk to :
A teacher, a friend parent, an adult, a school consluer, your parents (if you feel comfotable with it), a brother or sister, a friends brother or sister, a family friend, an adult, a doctort, a friend (this might not be the best idea, they arent as helpful as someone who is older).

I understand what your saying. My grades are dropping and things that were once important to me, just.. seem not as much anymore. You could just be growing up, your bodys changing odd things are happing to yourself, you might just be confused. I'm glad that you are taking this im a searous way. That shows you are worried about yourself, and you would like to get help. You might not want to back to conseling, but it might be the best thing for you, if you are depressed. I'm cant tell you if your depressed, I'm fosure not a doctor, but it sounds like you have problems in your life right now, that you need help working out.

As much as you hate telling your parents, if anything else fails.. you might have to. When they take you to the counsling center (when and if they do) explain that you don't want medication. That you want to try and work things on your own. You should have some say in your life. Just talk to someone you really trust, and ask them for real help. Seeing a doctor will proablly (spelling?) be the best thing for you. You won't enjoy it, but once you are happy again.. then you will be thinkful that you have people around you that care enough to get you the help you need.
