im trying to relate my problem to yours, trying to decide what i should do....

My stepdad doesn't know I have sex. He thinks i'm still a virgin. I suspect he knows deep down in his heart, but he just doesn't want to accept the fact that his little girl has finally matured.
My mom does know. My boyfriend and I are both really close to her, and we ended up telling her together. Before we had sex, she asked us both if we had been having sex. We both told her no, because at the time we weren't. We did tell her that we were thinking about it, so she went to put me on birth control. We started having sex a month or 2 after that. She doesn't like the fact we do, but she accepts it.
If both or one of your parents is understanding, I would suggest mentioning it. If you want to be put on birth control, it's easier to have your mom.. or dad I suppose to be there with you.
