okay i like this kid but all my friends HATE him so much. and i seriously like him insanely. like i think about him all the time and i wish we were going out. but hes like an asshole sometimes and thinks hes really cool which is the reason why all my friends hate him. and they all say hes really ugly but hes really not at all, but they say it so they feel better or something. lol idk but i need to know what to do. hellp!<3

I know what you mean and I hate that feeling.
If they are your real friends , they should understand how you feel about him , tell your friends that you just like him , and if they dont like him, they dont have to.
But tell them not to bug you about it, i mean is that making them any happier ?
And if you dont think hes ugly , then hes not.
Dont worry about their opionions, even though its veryyy hard to deal with situations like that.
Even give them a taste of their own medicine, and tell them how you feel about the boy they like
and maybe they will realize they are making you feel bad, and hopefully they should stop.
But try that and tell me how it goes.
